Club Policies
Our policies help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone at Pickl'N. Thank you for helping us maintain a great environment.
Dress Code
- Athletic attire is required on the courts
- Clean, non-marking court shoes only. No outdoor shoes allowed
- Shirts must be worn at all times
- No jeans, sandals, or open-toed shoes on the courts
Court Reservations
- Courts can be reserved through CourtReserve online or via the app
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time
- Reservations not claimed within 10 minutes may be forfeited
- Open play cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid fees
- Hourly court rental cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance to avoid fees
- No-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges
Court Etiquette
- Respect other players and maintain good sportsmanship
- Keep noise at reasonable levels and avoid excessive yelling or profanity
- Wait for play to stop before retrieving balls from adjacent courts
- Yield to the court closest to you when calling 'ball on court'
- Clean up after yourself, dispose of trash, and return equipment
Facility Rules
- No food or open beverages on the courts (water bottles with lids permitted)
- No smoking or vaping inside the facility
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Personal music/speakers are not permitted. Use headphones
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to staff immediately
Code of Conduct
At Pickl'N, we're committed to creating a welcoming, respectful environment for all players. We expect all members and guests to uphold these standards.
- 1Treat all members, guests, and staff with respect and courtesy
- 2Play fair and follow the official rules of pickleball
- 3Accept line calls gracefully and give your opponent the benefit of the doubt
- 4Avoid distracting or intimidating behavior during play
- 5Welcome new players and help create an inclusive environment
- 6Resolve disputes calmly and respectfully, or seek staff assistance
- 7Report any harassment, bullying, or unsafe behavior to management
- 8Respect the facility and help maintain a clean, safe environment
Policy Violations
Violations of club policies or code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension of privileges, or termination of membership depending on severity. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the facility who is not adhering to our policies. Our goal is to maintain a positive environment for everyone.
